Warm Poi w/ Granola; Recipe

Poi is a Hawaiian word for the primary Polynesian staple food made from the underground plant stem or corm of the  ~Wikipedia

The starchy root of the taro plant (known in Hawaiian as kalo) is cooked and pounded to make a pudding-like purple paste. Hypoallergenic and highly digestible this superfood is easily utilized due to fermentation (similar to yogurt) and offers ample nutritional support for babies, athletes and those recovering from illness.
